There’s never been a better time than now to get serious about living a healthy, happy and optimal lifestyle. We’re not talking about weight loss as we don’t promote losing weight or gaining weight because there are women that look gorgeous regardless of what they weigh. Fitness trackers have been used heavily here at GS-LOVE by our staff as we were simply interested in seeing what the buzz was all about and yes, of course we wanted to have a little help with motivation. The fitness trackers did just that for us.

    Hello. Which of the fitness watches checks time in seconds? I need for work at hospital. Do any of the Fitbit watches do this? Can’t tell if on the face clock of watch. Thanks! Lynn
