Falling Back in Love with Fall

GS LOVE / September 14, 2018

Pumpkin spice lattes are already on pre-order at your nearest Starbucks which only means your fall wardrobe should be too. Now typically when you think of your fall wardrobe you’d think chunky sweaters, tall boots and fur coats. While those are all still necessary, this fall we are focusing on pieces that will not only be staple pieces of your wardrobe, but also versatile.

Fresh off our Fall Into Style campaign we have a variety of fall style dresses and rompers that you’ll be repeating more than once this season. For a fashionista that’s always on the go this fall with many events to attend, there is nothing better than being able to wear the same outfit from day to night with a few tweaks. With the right accessories the junior’s velvet dress and the plus’s autumn striped romper will be your go-to all fall.

Some may think these two looks could only get used for a night out on the town or holiday parties, but not in this case. Fall days are for getting lost in corn mazes or picking the perfect pumpkin to carve GS Love into. This hip hugging striped romper can become an edgier day look when topped off with a black cadet hat. The mustard velvet dress when paired with a silver hardware suede belt will give off a fall western vibe. Both accessories could be swapped to make either day looks complete.

To spice these outfits up for your fall evenings I’ve included the most important piece of any outfit, shoes. You can never go wrong with a pair of black platform heels to complete the striped romper. What a classic fall look. Now seeing that the velvet dress is a solid mustard color it’s only appropriate to throw on a fun pair of leopard heels. Now you’re the spice to your pumpkin spice latte. Cheers!
