Beyonce Slays…Oh Yeah & Coldplay & Bruno Mars Do Too

GS LOVE / February 8, 2016

The Denver Broncos won the Super Bowl 50 championship! While we congratulate them for the victory, we all know the reason why most of us watch it…HALFTIME SHOW!

Let’s not get ahead of ourselves though, Lady Gaga did her thing opening the game with the National Anthem. A lot of us had never heard her sing live since most of her songs don’t really require a lot of vocal range. She started it off as a ballad and built it up giving us CHILLS!

The halftime show started with Coldplay as the main performers of the night taking us back with some of their classics like ‘Paradise’ and ‘Viva La Vida’ along with some new songs. The real show began when Bruno Mars came out and performed ‘Uptown Funk’ and got us all dancing and singing along to the hottest song of 2015 (sorry Coldplay). Of course, the moment we were all waiting for came, and Queen Bey shut it down performing her new song ‘Formation’ giving us life in her Michael Jackson inspired bodysuit. I mean, how could you not love her?! She slayed her performance and then joined Coldplay and Bruno Mars to finish it all off!

& Beyoncé almost failing?!?!?! OMG

Not only did she kill her performance, she then announced she was going on tour this year!!! YASSSS! *Getting tickets now*

Overall they all did amazing in their individuals performances and then coming together to finish the show highlighting some of the best moments of the last 50 years.
