Currently promoting her latest album, Confident, out now, and on the road with Nick Jonas for their Future Now tour, we’re reminded of the many times singer Demi Lovato encouraged us to slay in the body our momma’s gave us.

Throughout the past few years, the “Cool for the Summer” singer has used her voice to share her experiences with personal body image issues, including her own battle with an eating disorder.

As a singer, artist and activist we love Demi for regularly promoting body love and encouraging her fans to embrace their body just as it is.

Here are 7  times Demi Lovato proved to be the queen of body positivity long before it was a thing.
